I’ve always been ambitious. As a clinical pharmacist turned entrepreneur, I thought stress was just part of the deal when it came to success. I pushed through exhaustion, ignored the warning signs, and kept going—until burnout forced me to stop.


That experience changed everything. I realized that success doesn’t have to come at the cost of my peace, health, and happiness. Instead of just surviving, I learned how to thrive.
